The Heavy Overlord is a name for the build, it doesn’t mean anything besides being a personal touch. The name caught on with a bunch of people so I still use it. 
A lot of stuff is very powerful in the current meta, but the only legitimate complaint I have is the destructor aoe. Aside from that this is one of the fairest metas I’ve played in.
I’ll go back to T5 once we get the 2man squad fix back. I don’t love soloqueueing, kind of takes away from the whole team aspect the game is centered around.

All the fighter weapons are good. Singularity is better than it was now that frigates are strong. That’s not a bad thing. Without high projectile speed, singularities are bad vs intys and fast fighters (and since Singularity does explosion damage it’s bad vs intys anyway). It’s a nice tension between using Supernova, Booster Circuit, or sometimes Supercooleds. Singularity isn’t a one-size-kills-all gun. Ions, Gauss, Gravibeamer, Phaser are all good. Rails are iffy since shieldtank and adaptive have gotten better but they’re strong vs hulltanking frigs, like Styx or Naga, where Singularities lose effectiveness without Supernova.
