50% of the t3 games are ~20 kills and more at this point, one shoting r7-r8 ships of new pilots is what t3 is. It is not about strategy and team work in majority of the games, it is about who is more efficient at farming clueless people, it is more of the routine than anything to show off.

t3 is the only balanced tier. t5 is no fun because A. it’s 220 ping and 5% packet loss for me every game, and B. Interceptors are some of the most powerful ships and in order to play them, u cant have packet loss. i also find good challenges in t3. it’s the most fun tbh. t4 and t5 should just be deleted lol

Don’t worry, R7 might be the worst ships in the game but at least they synergize fast so you can tell me in a week how well those guys I killed are faring against you in T5 in their shiny new R13 mk1 recons.

you meant to say guards? Since thats what most of the Aces play in t5, frigates, wldont forget how it is easy to get with pve farm. snd mk1 r13 guard takes considerably more effort than r7/r8, in t3 killing 2-3 ships under single orion is damn regular occurance in almost every battle, goodluck doing that that often in t5, there is a big difference in farming Aces in t3 vs farming Aces in t5.
Kost is right, T3 is not the most balanced tier between ships, or teams for that matter. T4 is the most balanced.
R7 ships lack a 4th active slot, as well as 2 passives, R8s lack 1 passive slot (compared to R9). Whereas in T5, R14/15 are essentially the same, and R13 only misses out on the E14 implant, which isn’t a necessity to do well. In T4, none of the implants added between ranks make a huge difference in gameplay.

This is why I rarely play T5 anymore, frigballs are more common in T5 than any other tier due to the fact that they have been made so easy to play. (Come to think of it, this is why I rarely play PvP at all anymore, cuz frigballs are still very common in T3). At least with dreadnoughts there is more incentive for people to run roles other than tons of frigates, so frigballs aren’t very common. You also (in most cases) have your entire team in a teamspeak channel, so you can communicate without having to rely on randoms who don’t have direct communication like that.
An average game really, just interesting because I gave yeahalex a taste of his own medicine in a couple Anaconda-M mirror duels and shutting out his attempts to tackle.

I killed 30 players in T2 and 28 in T3 against random n00bs, and they are not worth showing in this thread xD you might can’t even do such a thing and that’s why you’re so surprised…

actually most play tackler from my experience and i quit t5 because matchmaking sucks and it’s impossible to carry a team with packet loss. for some reason, i don’t get packet loss on t3 russian servers
