It is not hard to get, the problem is that it is really hard to be in a position to win it.
You need to be either in a combat recon game with your cap dead and you finish the enemy team, or in a capture the beacons game in tier 4 and tier 5, let your team to die (they can be helpful with that too) and then proceed to win the game.

You don’t need to fight 5 enemy players to get the medal, just 2.
And yes, depending on the enemy players, it is easy to fight vs them.
The hardest medals imo are the drone-killing ones. I only have half of them I think… Also the kill a dev one since I never meet them
Drone medals you can farm in spec ops i believe. Dev medals are indeed rare
