Well I know lots of this game is inspired by other games or stories.
Idk if it’s for SC or not, but I found a pic online that’s old-ish of what appears to be the Sai ship, but instead of those pointy side things it has fans and looks like a retro steam punk rendition of it. P cool. Found the mauler in other non-elevamt art too.
And alien crystals and viruses aren’t really new. Lots of stories have them to some extent.
