You can get it even quicker in Co-op vs. AI. I’ve received monos with r7 ships, neodium whatevers with r8 ships and beryllium with r11 ships. I know Milfuelle can play regular skirmish, but co-op vs. AI gets it done even quicker with drastically less chance of loss and shorter games due to human players smashing the ai. Another bonus to co-op vs. ai is that it does not drag pilot rating down to t3 range the way skirmish does.
Actually co ops is even worse, bots love using destroyers and my team don’t even go to the beacon or only bring 1 ship in beacon capture just like PVP, that’s why I moved into PVE.

on this specific issue, i’m with you, been there, done that - it’s a MM fault, told them, nothing happened - hence my only focus in pvp is kills for fun, not objectives

The other way around, if I afk in r10-r15 fire support, 90% of the time we fail, and I have to come back anyway to finish it off, why would I waste time spending 10 minutes on a pve instead of 5 minutes? I had more than 700 pve last week to get 400 GS, that’s more than 100 pve per day, or 6 minute per pve match including loading/looting/match making if I play SC 10 hours a day just for pve, so no I still carry useless pug unless you believe I spend 20 hours a day afk in pve.

Not if I use my dup and carry them, since most pug so poor they don’t even make dup, willing to waste their time even if they get to the boss, happens in pug spec ops too, We NASA spent several dups to carry pug and what did they do, die in the first minute and afk the entire match to gather the loot that doesn’t belong to them. So there’s the question, why would a pug with a junk ship queue at all other than hoping they ended up a 10-11 man wing getting carried? I actually CARRY ppl, pug DO NOT.

yep, trust me, ignore objectives and have fun murdering people
and i know i’m not the only one - remember CerberusS? remember CrystaLjack? remember so many others? they were in the same spot, always getting xxxx teams because they were ‘too’ good - same happened to me (not so much now since i don’t give a damn about the game anymore as i did 2 years back)
the only balance for this is the 1:1 balancing ratio as the game used to run @ 1.0.0 and before that (+/-, they were experimenting with MM back then as well so it wasn’t always the same, but once they hit the jackpot and it was really good, but hey, 4 man squads were still around so that ‘couldn’t have been the problem’ and stuff like that) - now join-in-progress makes it even worse
easiest way would be to take the queuing players altogether, sort them from best to worst and distribute them alternatively across the 2 teams - for this case i think even destros could be ignored from the MM calculations - the old SR worked far better to make this possible, but then some players will complain about the idea of removing the current pilot rating system ‘cuz their effectiveness e-peen would be gone’
in other words, split the players in the 2 teams by the ‘old’ SR and make the current pilot rating just another info to show objective completion effectiveness
then some other complicated stuff would appear that i cannot think of now, but it would be a start

Astraal u are right, MM system punishes good play. I remember it before, doing good & loosing coz next matches u get into squads vs WPK/ESB/NASA… Worst was when I got into SRO, a corp with no teamplay… Old sec con, in fed space u could win if u go vs randoms or if u get NASA/OWL/SYN squads. U get a bunch of randoms vs ESB… Great fun
When Squad MM actually was be close to be balanced, majority of those “team play” defenders whined like little babies that they have to put effort into games to win and were looking for best possible ways to abuse the prem ship loopholes.

6.1 No software or hardware automation used since I’m present on my computer most of time, unless a restroom break during long queue time or a phone call during battle.
6.6 I probably deal more than 90% of all damage in most battle, if you know what I mean.

If you look at the screenshot closely, you will see that cullen have 0 points which indicate the player afk in the beginning, and I have 113 points and still alive and kicking. The first wave enemy will hit you in less than 30 second in the beginning, if cullen disconnect later, this player will have points count toward his/her score. I ended up finish the battle myself so I don’t see your points.
How do you know the people working on the game aren’t the same people that ban exploiters, are you a SC insider?
