Why do i stll get charged for the use of missiles if i don't use them ?

in the logical way if  i go out with a thing and  come back with it i still have it  so why i'm charged for them 

 MAYBE ok for what cost credits but those that cost resources (doomsday, attack drones, crystal drones.)

 

I DON'T THINK THIS IS FAIR ,  and i olso  wonder if you  are you violating your own terms and conditions with this one ?
