Imbalanced PvP - Yet Again? Really?

So, I really want to know which one of the inactive developers at Gaijin thought that making pvp R1-15 was a good idea? Time and time again I get PvP games with 2-3 BRAND NEW PILOTS that know  nothing about the game! Then I look at the other team... entire t5 well known pilots, what the heck? The developers DO NOT play their own game!

You can give a newb r30 bonuses and they still will be newbs! You can not FIX the lack of SKILL!

80% sure that they were in team and opposite team had 2man squad as well. Working as intended, heheh

Paywall mod? Cluster? I had ~20$ in gs left from dlc sale and got it with that. 

It's worth it.

Not a single person on those teams had less than 800 games, though. But I agree - the teams are not really balanced here.

I saw Rank 1 vs. Rank 17 when comparing both pilots. Imagine if this crap would apply in Combat Recon!

Majority of games I get are either with 2/3 newbs versus entire r13+ or them having 2/3 newbs and my team entire 13+. THEY CANT DO ANYTHING! REMOVE THIS MECHANIC. All they are good for is FEEDING! :p

Game population is super low, it's the only way we are gonna get games at a decent speed. At least we are getting games.

I am ok with it. It's frustrating, but I eventually get on the O.P. team,,,,

AAAAnd I dont have to wait forever to get a match.

That is exactly why the game is worse and worse balanced in PvP.

So.. If you have thousands of games, you should take your trusty Ghost or Hercules and go farm those really new pilots with R4 highest? Heck I played some random PvP games in last two weeks - maybe I am the luckiest person on Earth regarding MM then. Basically if the team was making stupid decisions (like farming kills in beacon hunt mode for the quest) that team was losing. Hell I even was in few games with Snerpy against MAM and other "Top Elite" players - some games were won, some games were lost. Not a single one was a spawncamp from start to finish, hell not even a single one was close to spawn camp at all. The closest thing to the landslide was 12 point difference in Team Battle where one side had 2 protected engineers and the other one had exactly zero + one guy feeding on covert ops with deconstructor cannon thinking he can destroy that Tyrant before he will get killed. The only worrying thing I noticed is if someone had an old account (like few years old) with just a few ships - he could get into a vet match (so I informed dev team about this). If you think that MM should compensate for the lack of team play - please write one. And then patent it - you will earn millions of $.

No man if you have more than 300 PvP games all bonuses that you get on a low-rank ship should be removed.

 

Why don't we have an exact list of bonuses (damage and survivability) that we receive when we use low-rank ships?

 

Let's show players how much damage+resists(survivability) bonus ships from different rank receive when they get in a game with-aka against max R ships so in this moment R17.

 

We never saw this anomaly stats.

Then you had luck, I had at least 2 totally inbalanced rounds in my last 20 ones.

GDGRIF and vitcuz alone did feed more then enough that we lost this match, that mm is still sometimes totally ridiculous.

Also had an 5 vs 4 (yep the mm did give on side one more player) few days ago which ended in spawn camping.

In your team there was only one guy that had less than 10k games - Nachtdrachin (3k games) and total number of games your team had was much more than a red team - so no newbies on either side. From the first look at stats of those players on both sides, they do look similar. Maybe those guys wanted to get those 10 kills/assists ASAP or something? I saw that happening.

I don't have exact data as how MM works now, but 5v4 shouldn't happen. If you still have logs, please post a bug report.

foobardude has 135 games... Also since when is number of games any good indicator for any balancing? If 2 players in my team are flying straight into the enemy and die 10 times each then this is a far better indicator of their skill then their number of games.

The reason why the stats are so close is because foorbardude has that few battles, and therefore still a high Win Rate and Average Kills.

It is generally harder to win a game where one team as a high Skill Deviation while the other is way closer to the average

Dunno if number of games is a good indicator, just saying that there wasn't a situation you had a newbie in any of those teams (also sorry for counting all games instead of PvP only games in my previous post).

Interesting that the average win rate is the same in both cases. 

But yes I agree - MM doesn't count for human stupidity :( it works only with the data on hand.

Feels like the MM only cares about the Win Rate xD.

Where did you get stats for average deaths?

So all stats are here and then again MM is impossible to make for developers.

But to be fair last few days I had like just every fourth game unbalanced. So it is better than a month ago but still, hot joining is a pain in A. S .S and also that one tier is not natural.

Extra bonus for low-rank ships is also meh especial because we don't know how much bonuses are received for each rank.

In mine opinion, it should be removed after a few hundred battles. It is silly how some people abuse this.
