Remove ENERGY CONVERTER from game

I quite like that there is a module available that makes people be more cautious with their application of burst damage.

 

What does need to happen though is putting a hard cap to the damage that Energy Converter can output per second; somewhere between 2000 and 4000 perhaps.

Actually, this is like a zero point module. The only way to avoid its effects, is to immediately stop firing...

Too bad that you can't cancel your destroyer modules, like Pyro Emitter, etc.

 

Example: Thermal resistance was on maximum as well as shield resistance, but destroyer got blown up spectacularly.

                Timer: Check 02:26+!

Frigates could be easily do this! Combat rebot (gunship module) and Command fighter too!

Engineer can do it too, just blast yourself yourself with the EM torpedo at the right moment, assuming all implants are selected for the missile damage.

You must be at 1 km or less to do 50% extra EM damage up close.

Combat reboot too but lets be honest here, the module is too much and needs to revert back to its old self.
