Palom and Palom Mark II: Torch Launcher weapon - missing HUD icon (EM corona effect)

Problem:

Missing HUD display icon indicator for both EM weapons, while grazing a target. (EM corona effect)

 

Screenshots: ('EM corona' HUD indicator effect is needed, when a target gets grazed by it, maybe even on direct hits.)

Is it a bug, yes? Some effect is still not displayed, unless if such effect was not added to low level weapons.
