I see your point Koro, but even w/ stacks the #'s are way out of wack,,, ya know? even @ 100%, these #'s show 500-700%,,, p.s. I only answered the questions from bug report guildlines that were applicable,,, if you need more info, let me know what it is...

@Skula= just look @ the pic posted,,, is a 14 min. cooldown normal, even w/ cooldown debuff mods??? & 5 mins on hull repair???

@John= I think so,,, I'm not sure,,, I haven't seen the module debuffs often enough to know their full effects,,, I do recall seeing the #'s change & saying, "wtf..."  :)

Ok, I assume that you got debuffed, died but only the debuff was removed but the cooldown timer didn't get reset as it should be. (Someone should check that in a custom battle or so)

debuffs are only 70% max  tho,,, this timer shows 700... :003:

Tai'Kin Mines are that high but normaly last only for ~6sec
