You can catch owner doing some long activity that he cant cancel like dread battle or spec ops or, most occured situation, owner don't understand language you aret trying to communicate. Please allow item trading without sending mail with it. A normal auction house. inb4 hurr durr socialize. No. I can't socialize with someone that don't understand what I'm saying.
