This is very important!

I spoke to many people and most of us agree, that we need monocrystal drops in PvP for Tier IV and V only (rank 11-15).

 

First of all, do not give any rewards for defeats or losses.

Looting for the losing team should never be possible, unless if you have such Booster selected in your additional device slot, which grants you looting anyway.

Old system remains the same. We only get more additional options to choose from.

Look below Entitlement Conditions section.

 

 

Option 1:

PvP looting screen: (Pure Iridium only looting spot - additional options)

Tier IV: each such spot would give you 1 monocrystal,  GS option would give you  3 (rank 11-12)

Tier V:  each such spot would give you 2 monocrystals, GS option would give you 5 (rank 13-15)

 

Option 2:

PvP looting screen: (Mark 4 Kits looting spot - additional options)

Tier IV: each such spot would give you 1 monocrystal,  GS option would give you  3 (rank 11-12)

Tier V:  each such spot would give you 2 monocrystals, GS option would give you 5 (rank 13-15)

 

 

Entitlement Conditions:

- if you have a ship, like a Minotaur, which is at least rank 11 in your lineup, then you alone are entitled to get only Tier IV loot rewards only

- if you bring any lower ship, than rank 11 in your lineup, then you alone are not entitled to get any monocrystal rewards whatsoever

- you must have all 4 ships equipped in your ship lineup and a proper rank (rank 11-15) to be able to participate for monocrystal drops during the looting screen, after victorious battle

- losing team gets nothing, even with special Boosters equipped, you're not entitled to get any monocrystal rewards - GS Boosters: Autonomous Probe and Research Probe (optional)

I like the idea a lot. This would make PvP an option for those that genuinely do not want to fly OS.

As far as I know there are already mono drops in pvp(when I can believe my corp mate), the chance to get a drop is just ridiculous low.

 

Nope, I have never had one. Got one from spec ops a while ago but I think they changed that.

so my statement some was correct and milanbel is wrong

Wow I never thought that was even an option. Nice screen capture.

 

They really should make those drop more often.

Considering you need 400 or so to make a ship. 30 to 75 to make a mk5 module or weapon.

There really is no reason for the devs to be so stingy with this resource.

In the end you need at least 10,000 or so to unlock all mono items and ships.

 

I am glad they are handing monos out like candy with the Ms Frost missions. Sadly thats about to end.

 

Now we got this new issue of neodymium which will probably be as bad as monos if not worse.

Neodium will be worse. Trust me. Only P2G - "Pay2Get" option, or grind in OS for a very long time, just to get 1 such ore, not to mention that it takes 2 ore to make 1 neodium plate.

I expect the P2G to be an issue. The grind option is nearly none existent for monos. 3 missions a day for a lousy 9 monos.... LOL How about they remove the 3 mission a day limit. But that is off topic.

 

I tested new container and I got nothing I can't already get from salvaging MK2 T5 parts, but less.

One MK2 R-15 kit in PVP is worth more than the new container as far as what you get.

Maybe after update it will actually give something good. I tested 5 containers and not one mono, neodymium ore or plate. I got parts I have thousands of instead.

 

The paid option has been a very poor investment lately so I have stopped wasting my gold on it.

I understand they are in it to make money, but I feel I am being over charged and under delivered.

Their greed has slowed down how much I spend. They should make the containers give the stuff you need so buyers don't feel ripped off.

You're right. We should know what we are getting and how much. Plain and simple. Then I would consider getting such container.

For me words like possible bonuses or "from to reward range" doesn't work. I am even considering to write a negative review, if this issue won't be solved on this alone.

Doomb0t, Ashley promised this in the Community Manager's Dialogue, Part 2!

Monocrystals should be given and I am not talking about 0,001% chance, but like 10%-20% chance or with the option to choose, like I described!

We were promised monocrystals in PvP loot, but she also mentioned reward system for losing, which I am against it!

Devouder and me stated this repeatedly on many occasions and it is widely known, that we need something like this.

 

Make monocrystal currency more accessible!

I am sure that Ashley probably remembers it, but her idea was worse than the original one. She also considered giving rewards people for losing a match. Bad idea.

Also, it could have been taken out of context. It is unclear for me as well. I think that she actually misunderstood the question.
