its been opposite of that in California for a little more than 20 years... in business they have to have a handle... or swing both ways... but cal swings both ways anyway.. so.. no change there.. lol

Yeah I made a mistake. They want to get rid of doorknobs to help old people and handicapped people. However the pro-knobs (I had to laugh at that word when I saw it in the article)are arguing that handles can be openes by bears.
