Running last ship on combat recon

 Ok I'm kind a mad right now , I'll not gonna give any name but waiting  9 minute 15 people to 1 last recon ship running .. what it is the point of running dude we all came here play a game for fun. You have no balls and clearly no respect other players I get it  but why system allow to do that devs? . Is there any way to prevent players waiting for nothing?  I'm not playing games for getting angry and system resposible for this not single runner player.

I confess I did it more than once when my team played totally bad and went kamikaze and fed. Just to "make them pay" for what they did.

 

Doing it if it's going to make you win it's ok.

Doingit to save DSR or things like that even though u lost it's not ok at all.

I won couple of games like this, but not simply running but rather falling back and waiting for all of my cooldowns to come back, then baiting a target somewhere for my advantage, blow all cooldowns on it, then run away again.

Where is the logic on this ? Enemy captain killed , our's not , they have 1 runner only our team on the field , we cant settle score , we cant  kill each other to change recon ship so we stuck 9 mn for what? loosing?

 

My point is system encouraging  last player to run and that effects gameplay , we are not here for waiting ,that's another reason some people  don't like combat recon , plus  we already waiting enough on queue. Dev's should do something about it.

maybe they shouldnt die so much. I know sometimes death is inevetable but they should do the basics to stay alive: stay near cover and stick to the group

you can "abondane a ship: and come back in a different ship

Yeah I once got their captain that way since his team left him solo while they were chasing after me. But I was a recon. ;)

yeah sux. abandon xxxx, get a sniper and knock it out of the sky.. sorry but if entire team of 15 players didnt remember they can abandon ship, you deserved it..

I was in a similar situation once, and I didn't have an Empire sniper in the lineup but i had a Fed CovOps. The problem is, i had the "win a battle without losing ships" contract. Contract > that one kill and faster finish, sorry.

I report people who do this out of habit now, since they're essentially dragging a no-win situation out and spoiling everyone else's experience.
