is it normal that, since the last update the WL 13 Emitter is not guided on allies anymore?

More likely than not this should be a bug - given that WL13-EL’s only advantage over Brokk’s WL emitter is that it is guided in exchange for a slower heal rate. I’ve had multiple corp mates complain about this recently so hopefully there are other members of the community/test that are aware of this.
