Waz'got battle station shield module regen less than it's supposed to

As the title say the shield regenerator give less shield than it’s supposed to, 226 instead of 300. Nothing arround affect the regeneration

this is because waz’got gets less healing from sources, all ellydium ships do

This affect only the hull not shield
