Regulations:

Part 1. About the tournament.

1.1 Spring Mayhem - 8 vs 8 team tournament

1.2 The tournament is held by the Referee corps

1.3 Important dates:

25.03 at 23:59 Moscow time (UTC +3:00) - tournament registration ends

26.03 -  draw and tournament bracket generating

1.4 The fights will take place at:

28.03 from 18:00 to 22:00 Moscow time (UTC +3:00)

29.03 from 16:00 to 20:00 Moscow time (UTC +3:00)

Part 2. Registration

2.1 Registration takes place in another topic:link

2.2 Your typical registration form should look like this:

  • Team name
  • Team emblem (optional)
  • Team captain
  • Captain’s assistant
  • Your main team composition (8 players including your captain and his assistant)
  • 3 reserve players

2.3 Player can be assigned to only one team 

Part 3. Tournament format

3.1 The tournament format will be chosen after the registration’s end depending on the number of teams.

Possible options:

    3.1.1 Single Elimination ( with teams or without)

    3.1.2 Round Robin

    3.1.3 Swiss-system tournament

3.2 The tournament format will be chosen and posted after the registration’s end

3.3 The fights will take place in a 8 vs 8 format

3.4 maps:

  • Threshold
  • The source
  • Devil`s Jaw

3.5 Valid tournament mods:

  • Detonation
  • Combat Recon
  • Team Battle

3.6 The mods will be chosen in this order:

    3.6.1 The first mode crosses out the team that is lower in the grid, or if the same ranking,

then the team that registered later.

    3.6.2 The second mode crosses out the second team.

    3.6.3 The last mode is being played.

    3.6.4 All the maps are being played in the same battle mode.

3.7 Games will take place on RU and EN servers

3.8 Only ranks 10 to 15 will be accepted.

3.9 The first map, the side on the map and the server in matches are determined by the captain of the team that is higher in the tournament table (if the teams hold the same places then the ranking is based on the date of registration). The following maps, sides and servers are chosen by the captain of the team that lost in the previous round. Maps are non-repeatable.

3.10 The map is created by the referee or delegated.

3.11 All claims regarding the map parameters must be submitted before the start of the battle or in the first 20 seconds of the battle (after the spawn). If the map was created with some violations, but the claims were not filed on time, the match results are considered correct.

3.12 Matches are held at the allotted time, according to the schedule.

3.13 Unauthorized person’s presence as a spectator is only possible with the consent of the referee and team captains.

3.14 Only Esports moduls

Part 4.Controversial moments and refereeing during the tournament

4.1 The organization and refereeing of each individual match is carried out by the referee of the match. The referee of the match makes decisions in accordance with the provisions of these Regulations and brings them to the attention of the teams.

4.2 In controversial situations the decisions are made by the judge based on the Regulations.

4.3 On the team’s side communication about the organization of matches and controversial situations is carried out exclusively by the captain and the assistant.

Communication with the referee

  • For communication with the referees during match organizations you can use official forum’s PM, personal messages in-game and/or personal communication

  • The referee is not obliged to respond to messages from any team players ( except for the captain and his assistant)

  • The referee is not obliged to respond to messages transmitted through channels of communication not described above.

  • The referee is not obliged to respond to messages that are considered flooding

  • The appeal to the referee should be strictly about the case and supported by all related information possible.

Part 5.Submission of protest and communication with the administrative group.

5.1 Match results may be reconsidered in case of violation of the Regulations.

5.2 You have 7 minutes after the publication of the match result on the forum to file a protest, the result is considered final and cannot be disputed.

5.3 When submitting a protest, the team captain is obliged to provide the match referee with information and evidence through official communication channels no later than within 7 minutes after the announcement of the battle result.

5.4 Decisions on controversial situations are made by the referee of the match. The referee must inform the captains of both teams about his decision through a personal message in the game client.

5.5 The decision on the dispute made by the referee of the match is final and is not subject to discussion.

Part 6.Technical defeat.

6.1 If one of the teams fails to appear at the match, as well as in other cases stipulated by the Rules of the tournament or in case of rough violation of the rules of the game, the team may be punished with a technical defeat.

6.2 Only the team captain or the person he designates confirms the readiness of the team.

6.3  The captain or assistant may appoint a player responsible for the readiness of the team (only for one match)

6.4 A teams delay of more than 10 minutes from the moment of inviting the captain or team assistant to the game lobby is considered a failure to appear.

6.5 Gathering team members more than 10 minutes per match may be punishable by technical defeat.

Part 7. Streaming

7.1 It is allowed to stream matches by players.

7.2 The administration can broadcast matches in spectator mode.

7.3 To exclude the possibility of unfair play in matches that are held online, the video broadcast of the tournament matches is delayed by at least 30 seconds.

7.4 Referees of the match have the right to demand re-creation of the room before the start of the round of the match, if necessary.

7.5 All matches are held with streaming.

Part 8. Player’s responsibilities.

8.1 Players must consider Star Conflict’s rules.

8.2 Players are required to follow the rules of this Regulation.

8.3 Players are required to follow the General Rules of Esports.

1. General Provisions and Terminology

1.1 These rules govern the organization of e-sports, spread and supplement the rules of e-sports events and the rules of the game.

1.7 League Regulations - a document that describes in detail the functioning of the League. Develops a Regulation for each of the Leagues - the administration of the Constitutional Court. The document displays the rules for creating a team, raising and lowering in the class, and other specific points.

1.8 The rules apply both to the tournament itself and to its discussion on the official social platforms of the project, as well as that the tournament is considered completed by closing the topics on the forums.

2. League

2.1 Division into divisions by the average ELO of the team is carried out and regulated only within the framework of the tournament.

3. Team building

3.1 To create a team you need a minimum of 5 players, including the chapter (second account not be allowed).

3.2 Team’s name should not violate the rules of the forum, the rules of the game, the legislation of Russian Federation and also should not contain any form of provocative sayings.

3.3. Team Captain - a player who created the team in-game

3.4 Team members must have T4 ships and Mk modules of any level.

3.5 The chapter can create a team theme in the “Tournaments” section. In a new topic, the chapter should immediately place the composition in the first message.

3.6 During the day, the team members must confirm their participation, otherwise the topic may be closed.

3.7 Change of composition is allowed according to the rules of your League.

3.8 Team members may be from different corporations.

3.9 Participation in corporations is not tied to participation in a team. One corporation may exhibit an unlimited number of compositions.

4. Team members

4.1. The final decision on the player’s membership and the formation of requirements can only be made by the captain.

4.2 A player can be declared only from one team and no more than one account.

4.2.1 Playing with second account in League games, both in automatic and other tournament, is prohibited.

4.3 Admission of a player to the team:

  • for joining the team, the player asks for admission to the team captain; 

  • the commander can independently invite the player if he meets the requirements;

4.4 The order of a player to leave the team can be either on the initiative of the player or by the decision of the captain, but not during the SCL game window

5. SCL Tournaments

5.1 Single League Tournaments:

  • Regular team blitz events with a small prize pool

  • Butt matches for the right to participate in the first league

  • Even large seasonal tournaments with a large prize pool

5.3 By decision of the administration of the eSport, additional tournaments and demonstration fights may be held in the Leagues.

5.4 To participate in tournaments, teams need to apply for participation.

5.5 The rules of the tournament and the number of maximum possible applications registered will be spelled out in the Regulations of a particular tournament.

5.6 Selected matches of the First (Elite and Second (Challengers) League are broadcast live.

6. Violations

6.1 The team captain is responsible for the actions of his players.

6.2 Sanctions are imposed only by the organizers and are individual for each case.

6.3 The organizers inform the commander of the sanctions, and the decision is published in the appropriate section of the forum.

6.4 Punishments are not subject to appeal.

6.5 Each team participating in the eSport event has the right to file a complaint about a violation of the rules by the opponent.

6.6 The deadline for filing a complaint for violation is regulated by the rules of the event.

6.7 Sanctions will entail:

  • incorrect actions against the enemy before the start, as well as during the battle;

  • refusal to comply with the rules;

  • sabotage of tournament battle;

  • repeated violation of the rules;

  • intentional deception of the organizers;

  • public discussion of the decisions of the organizers;

  • Incorrect team name or player nickname;

  • use of the “Spectators” mode by team members of the playing couple;

  • transfer of a password for access to the game room to non-declared players.

6.8 Technical defeat or sanction is awarded for:

  • violation of the format of the battle (non-compliance with the number and non-compliance of the equipment with the requirements of the event);

  • failure to appear;

  • Unlawful use of the “Spectators” mode.

6.9 The organizers reserve the right to interpret controversial issues at their discretion.

6.10 Other violations that are not governed by these rules are considered separately by the administration. The punishment for violations is at the discretion of the administration of the eSports.

6.11 Suspension from the tournament (for players, teams or involved in the tournament), or complete or partial deprivation of awards: 

  • refusal to comply with the requirements of the administration aimed at observing the rules, the normal conduct and coverage of the tournament;

  • rudeness, flood;

  • public discussion of the actions of the administration;

  • transfer of accounts, use of accounts of unapproved players;

  • the transfer of not public information to public space;

  • any attempted match-fixing, the use of loopholes in the Rules;

6.12 Disputed issues are interpreted at the discretion of the Administration.

6.13 Other violations not regulated by these rules (including violations of the tournament procedures) are considered separately by the administration.

6.14 The final instance of the Administration for verdicts for all violations is the curator of the eSports - Lezort.

6.15 If a team has submitted an application for participation in an event and sabotaged participation (did not appear at the tournament), without having withdrawn an application no later than 3 days before the registration end date, they will lose 7% of the prize from the next tournament. 

7. eSports coverage

7.1 Organizers make demands on the quality of content, in accordance with which the image of events is being formed.

7.2 Organizers have the right to choose any tournament fight for broadcast

7.3 Broadcasting is served by the eSport Administration team, consisting of an operator and commentators. This stream is official and a link to it is published on all information portals along with news about the event.

7.4 In the “Observer” or “Spectator” mode, broadcasting of tournament games is allowed only by representatives of the Administration of the eSports. Streaming your screen is allowed by playing pilots.

7.5 For incorrect behavior of individual team players, namely, incorrect statements addressed to another team, observers, official streamers or commentators, for unsportsmanlike behavior, the player is warned - with a second warning, the player is suspended from participation in the championship and the team then plays in a smaller composition until the end of the tournament.

8.4 By participating in the tournament, the player agrees with the rules and agrees to check their changes.

8.5 Players must complete the mission requirements.

Part 9. Administrative group.

9.1 The administrative group consists of the main referee, other referees, streamers and commentators.

9.2 The administration of the game are the main referees.

9.3 Referee are responsible for:

    9.3.1 Creating rooms for the tournament

    9.3.2 Match control

    9.3.3 Posting match results on the forum

    9.3.4 Settlement of controversial moments of a match.

9.4 Streamers and commentators provide coverage of matches.
