Question about fleet strength

Hello,

in ye olden days, fleet strength, (number of fully leveled ships), was providing player with extra experience, +1% for each maxed ship.

Now, if the tooltip, that shows up when you hover over your fleet strength, shloud be trusted, it gives you a chance to get additional free cache, when you buy one.

 

So, my question is: what are your chances for getting free cache, for each point of fleet strength?

Many people asked this question to developers on russian forum, but they answered that these chances are not disclosed to players.

They are 0-3% from 0-(max number of ships possible) fleet strength.

 

Or so I’m told.
