Infinite wait for PvP

It might be that there are no players running tier 4 ships in pvp at that particular time. It would not be a issue with search region parameters as a match will be made into another region should players exist.

My experiance with that : In Rank 17 ships average wait time about 6 minutes ±, in lower ranks like 4… 10 nearly impossible to get a match
