If the game freezes, you can try to create a dump and post it on the Forum.
Preparations for the dump:
Download this: [DoDump.zip](< base_url >/applications/core/interface/file/attachment.php?id=20186) and unpack it to any folder on your computer.
How to create a dump when the game is freezing:

Open the folder where you unpacked the archive

Run the batch file do_dump.bat
As a result the dump folder will be created, which will be based on the dump.dmp file

Back up the file and post it on the Forum

Don’t forget to apply the logs of the game!

Sometimes the game may freeze the computer entirely.
In this case, you can try two options:

If your CPU has more than one core, you can use Process Explorer and assign the game (game.exe) to one of the cores. In this case, if the game freezes the computer will still be able to create the dump.

Automatically starting dump
Run the batch file do_dump_on_hangs.bat after entering the game which has frozen.
If the file is not available, then download the archive
Repeat the freeze
The dump should be created automatically.
