I’d like to ask how are rewards from Conquest distributed. Mainly, how are the resources awarded to a corporation distributed among its players. I’m interested in the details because the situation in our corporation is as follows:

I’m wondering if I’m ‘sucking’ the resources away from my fellow corporation members by having high influence margin over others.
Another thing is distribution of resources among the corporations.

I remember reading that the owner gets 50% of the resources, and other corporations split the other 50% based on conquest points. And it feels like its still the case. But if you have some newer info, please share!
The final thing I’d like to konw is Retention. What does it mean? What does it affect?
