Information Sector Appeal against in-game punishments

Hello,
Yesterday i got banned from star conflict for bug abuse / exploit.

I have to confess that I have used an aimbot out of curiosity, to know how it worked.

I have been playing star conflict for years and I really enjoy this game a lot.

I am asking if you can lower the punishment duration. I swear I will never do such a thing again and I am very sorry about that.

I hope this serves as a lesson to everybody to not use bots of any kind in the future, for now you will get a second chance but next time it will end in a permaban.
