Add an option to learn a blueprint in the STORAGE dialog window.

Add a tooltip to the Learn menu item either stating “Learn a blueprint”, or if learning is impossible for some reason, the menu item is disabled (grayed out) and tooltip states the reason.

For example “You already know this blueprint”.

Also, I never tested it, but I really hope that there is a confirmation dialog shown when you selling the blueprint … for 1 credit?

+1. This would be one of these little QoL changes that seem small but add up to make the game experience so much more enjoyable.
